Tenuta Affaitati is a small family-run farm located in the area of San Venanzo at 460 meters above sea level at the foot of Monte Peglia, surrounded by unspoiled nature and volcanic soil.

We work our vineyards with dedication and love for the land, fully respecting nature, aware of being part of it and of the fact that man can govern it but not dominate it.

Each vintage is a discovery and a new experience, and the small size of the Estate allows for full control of our vineyards.
San Venanzo is known as the City of Volcanoes. 265,000 years ago, one of the three "bonsai" volcanoes identified by recent studies was active in this area. Its eruptions enriched the soil with minerals including Venanzite, a volcanic rock found only in this specific area of the world.
