WINEMAKING
Late September, the grapes are harvested by hand, then they are pressed upon entering the winery, destemmed, and alcoholic fermentation follows at a controlled temperature with targeted punching down and pump overs. A few days after alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation occurs. The wine then undergoes blending of the varieties with the first racking, resting on fine lees, until it is prepared for bottling.

Intense purple red
PERFUME
Intense and aromatic, with typical hints of ripe fruit and red pulp given by Ciliegiolo and pleasant spicy notes
TASTE
Warm, elegant, and exceptionally drinkable, its roundness and finesse distinguish it on the palate. A soft and pleasant wine, while being somewhat austere.
